Your data.
Clearly bounded.

This notice explains what the public LibreTask website processes today. It covers the website only; the desktop product will have a separate data-handling model.

Only what the website needs.

The public website is currently a static information site. We do not create user accounts, run advertising or load third-party analytics.

01

Email you send

Your email address, message and any information you include are used only to respond to you and assess a preview request.

02

Security logs

The server may temporarily record request time, requested page, user agent and network address for security and troubleshooting.

03

No profiling

We do not use website activity to build advertising profiles or sell personal information.

04

Limited retention

Email is retained only as long as needed to respond or maintain an active conversation. Server access logs target a short retention window.

One functional preference.

If available, the website stores the selected language in browser local storage. This preference keeps the experience consistent between visits and is not used for advertising.

LS
Language preference only.

You can remove this preference at any time through your browser's site-data settings.

Ask, correct or remove.

Where data-protection law applies, you may request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

R
Contact before escalating.

If you have a concern, contact us first so we can investigate. You also retain the right to contact your local data-protection authority.

Privacy questions have a direct route.

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@libretask.com. This notice is maintained with the website and will be updated before new data collection features are introduced.
